With our lifetime battery change service, you only pay once to have your watch covered for life. This includes unlimited battery changes to ensure your watch runs smoothly for as as possible. We believe that if you leave satisfied after the first battery change, you’ll have complete confidence knowing you’re covered for future needs. If your just after a single battery change we also offer a one off for £11.

What you receive:

1. Upon receiving your watch, we will inspect it to confirm that the battery is the source of the issue.

2. Once verified, we will open the watch, replace the battery with a high-quality one, ensuring optimal performance.

3. We will clean and tidy the watch before resealing it to restore its original water resistance.

4. After completion, we will return the watch to you promptly.

If we discover any issues during our inspection, we inform you and discuss whether a battery change is advisable.
