After you complete our form, we will respond within 24 hours with packing instructions and details on the next steps.
Step 2.
Prepare for Shipping
We will send you comprehensive packing instructions for our postal service along with your prepaid label via email.If you selected our collection service or at-home repair, we will provide you with further instructions via email.
Step 3.
Quote & Pay
After our assessment and inspection, we will provide you with a diagnosis and a convenient invoice for payment. Once you're satisfied and the payment is made, we will begin the work.
Step 4.
Work begins.
Upon receipt of payment, we will commence work and keep you informed through regular emails and updates regarding the progress and estimated completion time depending on which workshop the watch is at.
Step 5.
Watch is sent back.
Once the work is finished, we will return your watch to you using our fully insured postal service.
